Facts

Facts
Facts are the claims your workspace has chosen to trust. Njord AI can use confirmed Facts; a suggestion remains outside that trusted set until someone reviews it.

Image guide: Facts contains confirmed claims, suggested facts to review and the control for adding a fact directly.

Image guide: A fact starts with a subject and claim. Add detail or evidence when it helps another person verify it.
Where it sits in DOE: Our company > Context > Facts.
Review suggested facts
Suggestions can come from Knowledge or a website review.
- Open Review suggested facts.
- Read the claim and compare it with the source.
- Accept it when it is true, clear and current.
- Correct it before accepting when the idea is right but the wording is not.
- Reject it when it is wrong, outdated, vague or about the wrong company.
You can select several suggestions and accept or reject them together, but only after reading each one. Pending suggestions are not trusted Facts and are not used as if they were confirmed.
Add a fact directly
- Choose Add fact.
- Name the subject.
- Write one clear claim.
- Add detail or evidence when it helps someone check the statement.
- Choose a category or tags when they make the fact easier to find.
- Save it.
Use Search Facts first when the claim may already exist.
Use a Fact in a specific answer
Confirmed Facts are available to Njord AI as trusted workspace claims. When the next answer must use one particular Fact, open Njord AI > Add to message > Use workspace context > Choose facts and select it.
The selected Fact applies to the next message only. Choose it again when a follow-up must use the same claim. The label shows the Fact you deliberately selected; other permitted workspace information can still support the answer.
Know what belongs here
Good Facts are specific claims a teammate would be comfortable repeating to a buyer: a product is available in certain countries, a named requirement applies, or a public company detail is current.
Do not use Facts for a slogan, a hope, an old number or a private note about one deal. Put long source material in Knowledge, and keep personal reminders in Memory.
Keep Facts current
Search the list before adding a duplicate. Delete a Fact when it is no longer true. When a source in Knowledge is removed, review any warning about Facts that came from it before confirming the removal.
