What Njord AI reads
Njord AI starts with the workspace you have open and the access you already have. Some information is available for Njord AI to find when it is relevant; other information is included only when you select it.
Available without attaching an item

| Confirmed Facts | Provides claims the workspace has reviewed and accepted. |
| Knowledge set to Search or Both | Lets Njord AI search saved sources for relevant passages. It does not treat every sentence as a confirmed Fact. |
| Memory, when available | Adds private details you previously asked Njord AI to remember. |
| Brand colors | Applies the saved palette when Njord AI creates PDFs and slides. |
Available does not mean every source is placed into every answer. Njord AI looks for what the question needs. Attach a particular item when the answer must focus on it.
What your selection changes

Earlier messages continue to shape later questions in the same chat. One-message Facts, Knowledge sources and files do not automatically carry into the next follow-up, so attach them again when they are still required.
Keep the answer grounded
Name the record, source or file in the question when several items are available. Ask Njord AI to show the evidence and separate confirmed information from recommendations. Check important claims in the original record or source before using them with a customer.
Use a new chat when the last answer was about a different customer or objective.
