Decide which deals to review with Quick Win

Quick Win arranges deals by how likely they are to close and how soon they may close. Use it to plan a pipeline review and spot missing forecast details.

Quick Win board

Image guide: the board groups deals by probability and close timing. The list on the right shows deals missing information needed to place them on the board.

Read the board

The vertical direction shows Probability Of Closing. The horizontal direction shows Date Of Closing. Each area groups deals with similar probability and timing.

Start with deals expected to close soon, then open a card to understand the opportunity. The board and zones guide explains the date and probability ranges displayed in each area.

Before You Move A Card

Quick Win follows the current My data or Workspace owner scope. A teammate's deal can therefore be absent even when it exists in Deals.

Dragging a card changes its forecast fields. Moving it horizontally changes the expected close date, moving it vertically changes the closing probability, and moving it diagonally changes both. Open the deal preview after a move and confirm the values before continuing your review.

Review a deal

  1. Select a deal card.
  2. Check its owner, value, stage, probability and expected close date.
  3. Choose Visit Deal Page when you need the full opportunity, people, activity or checklist.
  4. Review the details with the deal owner before changing the forecast.

See deal cards and preview for the fields in the preview.

Fill in missing forecast details

Deals without an estimated close date or probability appear in the side list. Open the deal and review the missing fields.

Follow missing forecast data to understand this list and check a deal after updating it.

If a deal is in an unexpected area

Compare the deal's probability and estimated close date with the board's labels. An empty area means no current deals match that combination.

Use deal updates for forecast changes, or Deal Details for the opportunity's wider context.
