Deal Detail journey

Deal Detail is the workspace for one opportunity. Open it from a deal row when the list view is no longer enough and the user needs to understand the full sales context.

Deal Detail overview

Image guide: Read this page in the same order DOE presents it: breadcrumb and header first, Product Interest Fit and metrics next, then Signals, Deal Details, stakeholder coverage, checklist work, Events, Manage Stakeholders, Activities, and Njord AI.

Correct user journey

  1. Confirm the breadcrumb says Deals and the right deal record is open.
  2. Read the header: deal name, linked account, deal type, value, close date, stage, and owner.
  3. Review Product Interest Fit, trend, key metrics, and targeting channels before making forecast decisions.
  4. Read Signals to understand who is engaging and what evidence exists.
  5. Check the Deal Details card for owners, stage, value, type, probability, close date, locations, champion, title fight, and remarks.
  6. Review Stakeholders Targeting Map, Traffic Light, and Sales Checklist to understand buying-group coverage.
  7. Use Events for meetings, notes, summaries, and transcripts.
  8. Use Manage Stakeholders when people need to be assigned, targeted, searched, filtered, exported, or removed.
  9. Open Activities when the user needs a record-change audit trail.
  10. Use Njord AI after the visible deal evidence is understood.
