Manage stakeholders

Deal Stakeholders table

Manage stakeholders

Manage Stakeholders is the people table on Deal Detail. It is where users add people, import or export lists, review table columns, open Ad Preview from row evidence, and perform selected-row actions.

Start with Deal Stakeholders

Add one stakeholder

Add stakeholder button

Image guide: Click Add when one person needs to be attached or created for the deal.

Add Stakeholder identity fields

Image guide: The Add Stakeholder modal opens after clicking Add. Complete identity fields such as name, position, account, location, source, LinkedIn, and email. This modal pattern is reused from Stakeholders because the add flow is the same.

Add Stakeholder account and targeting fields

Image guide: Review account and targeting fields before saving. On a deal, the account and targeting state decide where the person appears and how they can be used later.

Add Stakeholder save state

Image guide: Save only after confirming the person is not a duplicate and the account/targeting fields are correct.

Import stakeholders

Import stakeholders menu

Image guide: Import is for bringing in multiple stakeholders instead of typing one person manually.

Import stakeholders menu opened

Image guide: The opened import menu lets the user choose the source, such as file import or a connected CRM import. Disabled CRM options usually mean the integration or permission setup must be fixed first.

Export stakeholders

Export stakeholders XLSX

Image guide: Export downloads the current table view. Check active tab, filters, search, and pagination before exporting.

Exported stakeholders spreadsheet

Image guide: The downloaded spreadsheet is the export result. This belongs to Export, not Ad Preview.

Add stakeholders from another account

Add stakeholders from other accounts

Image guide: Use this when the person belongs to another account record but still needs to be connected to this deal.

Filter and quick search

Filter stakeholders button

Image guide: Filter is for structured narrowing. It is different from Quick Search.

Stakeholders filter modal

Image guide: The filter modal opens after clicking Filter. Use it for field-based narrowing, then clear filters before deciding a stakeholder is missing.

Quick search stakeholders

Image guide: Quick Search is for known text such as a person name, position, account, or visible row value.

Table columns: assignment, targeting, identity, and context

Assign checkboxes

Image guide: Assignment controls whether the person belongs to this opportunity. Confirm the row before changing assignment.
