Your logotype

Your logotype
Save the official logo here so the team does not have to choose between old files, screenshots and copies taken from a website.

Image guide: Drop the logo in the Logotype step or browse for the file. SVG is the preferred format.
Where it sits in DOE: Our company > Brand > Your logotype, in vector.
Choose the best file
SVG is ideal. AI, EPS or PDF work just as well. A vector file keeps the logo sharp at every size, from a LinkedIn thumbnail to a trade fair wall.
A PNG or JPEG is fine when it is all you have today. Add the vector version later when you find it; you do not need to wait before completing the rest of Brand.
Add and check the logo
- Open Brand and find Your logotype, in vector.
- Drop the logo in the upload area, or browse for it.
- Open the saved logo.
- Check that it is the current mark, has enough clear space and looks right on its background.
- Add the vector file as the current version when the saved logo looks soft at a larger size.
A transparent logo is shown on a plain background in the preview so its shape remains visible. The background is not added to the logo file.
Keep people on the right version
Use the link beside the step title when another teammate owns the master logo. The link opens this Brand step for someone who can already enter the workspace; it does not change their permissions.
Download the original from its details. When the logo changes, add the new version and check the preview before asking the team to use it.
