Stakeholder deals
Deals show opportunities associated with the stakeholder. Use Deals after confirming identity, media impact, profile, and linked account context.
Start from the Deals panel
Image guide: The Deals panel shows opportunities connected to the stakeholder's account context. Use it to understand whether this person is connected to pipeline, stage, owner, probability, and opportunity status.
Read deal rows
Image guide: Each row represents an opportunity. Read the deal name, stage, owner, close-date area, and probability before deciding whether the stakeholder needs follow-up.
Open the stage filter
Image guide: All Stages is the filter entry point for the Deals panel. Use it when the stakeholder has multiple related opportunities and the user needs to narrow the list.
Filter deals
Image guide: After selecting All Stages, the Filter Deals modal opens. Use it to search by deal name and filter by Owners, Locations, Probability Of Closing, Sales Impact, PIF Band, PIF Trend, Stage, or Activation Point.
Search within deals
Image guide: Quick Search finds opportunities inside the Deals panel by typed text. Use it when the user already knows the deal name or part of the deal name.
Why Deals matters on a stakeholder
Deals tells the user whether stakeholder engagement connects to pipeline. A stakeholder with strong engagement and an open deal may need immediate follow-up. A stakeholder with engagement but no visible deal may need account review before creating or updating opportunity work.
