Deal details card

The Deal Details card sits after Signals on the deal detail page. It is the record metadata area: use it when the user needs to check or update the opportunity itself.

Image guide: The card collects the fields that define the opportunity: linked account, owners, activation point, stage, value, value type, deal type, target segment, probability, estimated close date, locations, champion stakeholder, title fight, created date, updated date, activation-point remarks, and general remarks.

Image guide: Use the compact view to scan whether important fields are filled and current. Empty or outdated values should be reviewed against Signals, Events, and Activities before changing them.

Field review order

  1. Confirm the linked account first.
  2. Check owners, stage, value, probability, and close date together.
  3. Review deal type, value type, target segment, locations, activation point, champion, and title fight.
  4. Read remarks because they often explain why fields were set a certain way.
  5. Open Activities if a value looks wrong or recently changed.
  6. Update only after confirming the visible evidence supports the change.

Why this matters

The Deal Details card is where user-facing sales context becomes structured data. If a stage, owner, value, probability, or close date is wrong here, downstream reports and AI summaries can also be misleading.
