Read A Row

Start with the account name and status, then compare current and previous values. The Change column shows the absolute movement. Change % shows the relative movement. The Movement badge makes the direction scannable.

Use Details when you need more row context before following up with an account owner.

Pagination And Page Size

The table can contain more accounts than the current page. Use pagination and Show per page to review additional movers before exporting or making a priority list.

Review Order

  1. Confirm the date range.
  2. Confirm the selected channel, metric, and mover type in the header.
  3. Scan the summary cards for scale and leading account.
  4. Sort or page through the table as needed.
  5. Open Details for important rows.
  6. Open the account before assigning follow-up or changing status.

If It Does Not Look Right

Check filters and date range first. A zero current value with a large negative change usually means the account had previous-period activity but no matching activity in the current period. Confirm the technique and availability before comparing it with another report.
