Use record pickers and filters

Record pickers help you choose the exact accounts, stakeholders, or deals Njord AI should use. Select one record for a focused answer or several records for a comparison.

Select Records Step By Step

Open a shortcut or choose the option to add context.
Choose Accounts, Stakeholders, or Deals.
Search for a known name or open Filter to narrow the list.
Select the intended rows and check the selected count.
Choose Continue, then review the context chips before sending.

The chips are the final source list for your question. Remove anything that belongs to an earlier task.

Use Search And Filters

Search is best for a known name. Filters are better when you need records with shared properties, such as owner, stage, position, targeting state, or CRM connection.

Filters change only after you apply or clear them. Opening the filter panel and choosing Cancel keeps the current list and your selected records unchanged.

Choose The Right Amount Of Context

What you need	Selection to use
A detailed account brief	One account.
Meeting preparation	One account and the relevant stakeholder or deal.
A comparison	Only the records that should be compared.
A ranked review	A focused group found with search or filters.

For a large result set, scroll to load more choices. Records you already selected stay selected while more results load.

My Data And Workspace Scope

The picker follows the current data scope. My data focuses on your work, while Workspace uses the wider data you are allowed to see. If a record is missing, check the scope before changing search or filters.

If A Record Is Missing Or The Answer Looks Mixed Up

Clear the picker search.
Clear only the filters you no longer need.
Check My data versus Workspace.
Confirm the record belongs to the current workspace.
Review the context chips and remove unrelated records.

If the selected subject is still wrong, close the picker without continuing and start again. For a chat that already contains unrelated work, start a new chat.
