Workspace access problems
Workspace access problems
Use this page when sign-in works, but DOE does not show the workspace, page, feature or data you expected.
What This Usually Means
Signing in confirms who you are. Workspace access decides what you can open inside DOE.
| What you see | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| No workspace appears | Your account may not be added to a workspace yet. |
| Contact your administrator | Your admin needs to review membership or role access. |
| A feature is missing | Your role or workspace plan may not include that feature. |
| Data looks empty | Filters, date range, workspace or permissions may be limiting the view. |
| A teammate sees more | Their role or workspace membership may be different. |
Quick Checks
- Confirm the workspace name.
- Clear search and filters.
- Widen the date range.
- Check whether the page is showing personal data or workspace data.
- Refresh the page.
Ask Your DOE Workspace Admin
Ask the admin to check:
- the email address you used to sign in,
- invitation status,
- workspace membership,
- role or permission level,
- whether the feature is enabled for the workspace,
- whether connected systems such as CRM, Calendar, website tracking or uploads are active.
When To Ask Your Company Admin
If Google or company SSO blocks login before DOE opens, ask your company identity admin. DOE admins control workspace access after sign-in. Company identity admins control the company login itself.
