Google sign-in

Use Google sign-in with the Google account whose email was invited to DOE. This can be a work or personal Google account; use the address your workspace admin approved.

What You Need

  • The Google account whose email was invited to DOE.
  • Access to any Google security checks your organization requires.
  • DOE workspace access for that same email address.

Google sign-in is different from company SSO. If your admin told you to use company SSO, choose Sign in with SSO instead.

Sign In With Google

  1. Open the DOE sign-in page.
  2. Choose Sign in with Google.
  3. Select the Google account with your invited email address.
  4. Complete Google's security checks if shown.
  5. Return to DOE.

DOE then checks whether that Google email has access to a workspace.

If The Wrong Google Account Opens

  1. Choose a different Google account if Google shows an account picker.
  2. Select the account with your invited email address.
  3. If Google keeps choosing another account, open DOE in a private browser window and choose Sign in with Google again.

If Google Sign-In Does Not Work

Good To Know

DOE does not see or manage your Google password. Google confirms your identity, then DOE decides whether that verified email can access a workspace.
