Uninstall HubSpot

Uninstall HubSpot

Use uninstall when the entire DOE workspace should stop using HubSpot. If only one account or stakeholder is linked incorrectly, disconnect that record instead.

Before you uninstall

  • Confirm you are in the correct DOE workspace.
  • Confirm no team is relying on HubSpot sync, imports, exports, cards, custom properties, or record links.
  • Ask the connection owner to perform the uninstall.
  • Confirm the owner's DOE email is verified.
  • Allow any important import or mapping review to finish first.

Uninstall step by step

  1. Open Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find the connected HubSpot card.
  3. Select View Details.
  4. Choose Uninstall.
  5. Read the confirmation and confirm the action.
  6. DOE closes the details panel and shows a waiting dialog.
  7. Keep the page open while DOE checks progress.
  8. When cleanup succeeds, confirm the card shows Not connected.

Uninstall runs in the background and normally takes a few minutes. Dismissing the waiting dialog does not cancel it.

What uninstall removes

DOE removes the workspace's HubSpot connection, saved record mappings, sync state, and stored authentication. HubSpot links in DOE stop working. DOE also attempts to clear DOE-managed integration values where supported.

Uninstall does not delete DOE accounts, stakeholders, deals, or timeline history. It does not delete HubSpot companies or contacts.

If uninstall is delayed or fails

What you seeWhat to do
Uninstall is already runningDo not submit another request; keep or reopen the progress view
You dismissed the waiting dialogRefresh Settings > Integrations and read the current card state
DOE says cleanup is taking longerCleanup may continue in the background; refresh later before retrying
The final result says failedRead the message, refresh the app list, and retry once the previous request has ended
Card shows Not connectedCleanup completed; do not retry uninstall
You are not allowed to uninstallAsk the displayed connection owner or contact Njord support

The screen stops waiting after a bounded period so it does not remain locked forever. That timeout does not prove that backend cleanup stopped.

Connect again later

Select Connect on the HubSpot card and complete first-time setup again. Previous mappings were removed, so review new proposals before confirming them.
