HubSpot orange dot in CRM rows

HubSpot orange dot in CRM rows
Some HubSpot mapping, import, and export tables show a small orange dot at the far left of each row.

Image guide: The orange dot represents the HubSpot connection for that row.
What the orange dot means
The orange dot is a HubSpot provider indicator. It helps visually identify that the row has HubSpot CRM context, but it is not a checkbox and it does not mean the row is selected.
How to read the row
Use the row text, status, and available action controls to decide what to do with the company, contact, account, or stakeholder. The orange dot is not clickable and should not be counted as selected state.
When this matters
This distinction matters in workflows where you review HubSpot rows before continuing:
- Import HubSpot companies.
- Import HubSpot contacts.
- Export DOE accounts to HubSpot.
- Export DOE stakeholders to HubSpot.
- Confirm or adjust proposed mappings.
Before you continue an import, export, or mapping action, treat the orange dot as a HubSpot connection indicator only. Follow the visible row status and action controls for the actual next step.
